Payment Policy

The content of this document is applicable and without limitation to all services offered by the My-Link platform.

1. Payment.

1.1. Methods of Payment.

By making payments through the My-Link services, you agree to provide a valid form of payment. Once you successfully add the requested information of your payment method, we will allow you to initiate a transaction using the payment functions through My-Link services.

1.2. Price.

Pay attention to the details of the transaction, as the total amount may include taxes, fees and shipping costs that you may be required to pay.

1.3. Additional Conditions.

You may have to accept additional conditions before confirming the transaction.

1.4. Subscriptions.

If you purchase a subscription or a feature on the platform, we will immediately charge the amount to the payment method you choose to use and again at the beginning of each subscription period.

The following conditions apply to subscriptions purchased through the payment functions in the My-Link services:

  • If a free trial period is offered and you do not cancel during this time, you will be billed at the end of the free trial period and at the beginning of the following subscription periods.

  • You can cancel your subscription at any time in your account settings page.

  • If you cancel a subscription, you will continue to have access to the feature you subscribed to until the end of the subscription period. If a feature you subscribed to becomes unavailable during your subscription, you will not be billed at the beginning of the next subscription period.

1.5. No guarantees.

You acknowledge that any products or services you purchase from advertising through My-Link Business accounts are sold by third parties, not by us. We make no warranties of any kind, express or implied, with respect to any products or services sold on or through my-link advertising services.

2. Payment Methods.

The payment methods provided by My-Link cannot be used in transactions of more than $100,000.00 USD (One Hundred Thousand American Dollars). Therefore, in case you wish to make a transaction that exceeds this amount, you must contact My-Link services through e-mail: help@my-link.com, so that you will be provided with an account in which you must make the bank transfer corresponding to the operation.

2.1. Payment cards.

For your convenience, we will allow you to pay for your transactions with different methods, such as credit or debit cards.

2.2. Stripe.

In some cases, we integrate the Stripe Platform as another form of payment to My-Link Services, so if you use this platform, you accept its own Terms and Policies.

2.3. Payments through AppStore and GooglePlay.

In addition to the payment methods that you already know, My-Link integrates as payment methods the AppStore and GooglePlay platforms, through them you can make payments for any of the services that My-Link offers. As with other payment methods, if you use these services, you accept their own Terms and Policies.

2.4. Authority.

By providing us with a payment card you confirm that you are authorized to use it. By paying for a transaction, you authorize us and our designated payment processor to collect the full amount using the payment credential indicated on the transaction.

You also authorize us to collect and store Payment Card data, along with other transaction-related information. We may also use certain payment card update services, the availability of which varies by issuer, to ensure that we have the most current Payment Card information that we store.

2.5. Authorization.

If you pay by credit or debit card, we may require pre-authorization from the card issuer for an amount up to the full amount of the payment. Your card will be charged at the time you initiate a payment or shortly thereafter. If you cancel a transaction before completing it, your funds may not be immediately available due to pre-authorization.

2.6. Payments errors.

If the transaction results in an extra charge to your account, you will be solely responsible for the bank charges generated.

2.7. Incompatibility.

It is possible that at a certain moment you will find a function that is not compatible with the payment method you prefer to use. However, you will be able to select a different payment instrument.

2.8. Refunds.

Due to technical limitations, we can provide refunds ONLY by transfer to a bank account. If you make a purchase and later request a refund for any reason, you MUST have a bank account to receive the refund. The bank account information provided when requesting a refund must match the information on the advertising account.

You will only be able to request refunds from the platform you used as payment method, if they purchased from AppStore the refund will have to be requested from APPLE and if it was on GooglePlay, the refund will have to be requested with Google.

If you would like a refund to be issued, please contact Apple Support or Google Play Help, to check their respective refund policies, request a refund, or check recently completed transactions.

Please note that the app stores can only provide refunds for a limited period of time, so please try to submit your refund request as soon as possible.

If you made a payment by bank transfer, you can request a refund by sending an email to: help@my-link.com, in which you should state the reasons why you are requesting a refund.

2.9. Security.

We may delay or limit the availability of your purchase, either for security reasons or because we need to make sure we have all the information we need to process your payment and deliver what you paid for.

2.10. Information.

You agree that we may retain your tax ID. We may use this identification to obtain additional information about you (necessary to process payment). We will also file definitive tax documents with the government of each country as requested.

3. Eventual Actions.

3.1. Use at will.

We may revoke your eligibility to use the payment functions through the My-Link services at any time at our sole discretion.

3.2. Inquiries

By using the payment functions through the My-Link services, you acknowledge and agree that we may request information we deem necessary, either directly or through third parties, regarding your identity and creditworthiness.

3.3. Our right of cancellation.

We may cancel any transaction if we believe that it violates these Payment Terms or My-Link's Terms and Conditions, or if we believe that doing so will prevent potential financial loss. We may also cancel any transaction that results in fraudulent or illegal behavior.

Payments you make may be monitored to verify that they have not been cancelled, in which case the service will be suspended.

3.4. Payment limitations.

In order to avoid any possible financial loss to you or us, we may delay a payment, limit payment cards for a transaction, restrict your ability to make a payment, or disable your account.

3.5. Shared information.

In order to avoid any possible financial loss, either to you or to us, we may contact the issuer of your payment credential or affected third parties (including other users) and share with them the details of any payment to which you are related if we believe that doing so may avoid possible financial loss or a violation of law.

4. Disputes and Revocations.

4.1. Customer Service.

If you have any questions, comments or requests regarding the Payment Policies, please contact us by sending an email to: help@my-link.com.

4.2. Absence of liability for underlying transactions.

You understand that, if you enter into a transaction with a third party using the Services or the My-Link platform and they have a dispute relating to goods or services you have purchased, we have no liability in connection with such goods or services underlying the transaction. All payments are final. If you order something that is no longer available at the time of payment, you may claim a refund of the payment.

4.3. Fraud warning.

If My-Link payments are used for fraudulent transactions, the funds may be lost without recourse.

4.4. Duty to notify us.

If you believe that a transaction was conducted on your account that is unauthorized or problematic, you agree to notify us immediately so that we can take appropriate action to prevent financial loss.

Unless you refer the claim to us within 30 days of the charge, you will have waived all claims against us arising out of or relating to the transaction in any way.

4.5. Intervention.

We may intervene in payment disputes between you and another user, but we are under no obligation to do so.

4.6. Technical difficulties.

If you experience a technical failure or service interruption that results in a payment error, you may attempt to complete the transaction at a later time.

Payment method failures that result in double or incorrect charges are the responsibility of the user.

5. Notices and amendments to these Payment Policies.

5.1. User notifications.

By using the payment functions through My-Link, you agree that we may contact you electronically if we need to provide you with important information regarding your payments or your account.

To provide you with information, we will also post notices on our website or send them to you by email or postal mail to the address you have provided to us. Notices we send by email or post on the website will be deemed received within 24 hours after the time of posting or mailing.

5.2. Amendments to the standards.

We may update the Terms of Payment at any time, without prior notice and at our sole discretion. Any transaction will be subject to the Payment Terms in effect at the time the transaction is confirmed.

6. Additional Conditions.

6.1. Service conditions and contradictory conditions.

Our Terms and Conditions apply to your use of the payment functions through the My-Link services. In the event of a conflict between these Payment Policies and the Terms and Conditions, the Payment Policies shall prevail.

6.2. Conflict of laws.

Some countries may restrict or prohibit your ability to make payments through My-Link services. Nothing in these Payment Terms should override or circumvent foreign laws.

6.3. User Statements.

  • The user declares that all payments made within the My-Link platform and its services are made of his own free will and not in mandate or representation of a third party.

  • The user declares that the payments made for My-Link services are with resources of lawful origin.

  • The user declares to be a person in full capacity and exercise of their rights.

  • The User declares that the forms of payment linked to his account are his property or has full authorization from the person who can give it to use any form of payment.

  • The user accepts that the information related to the payment of our services will be shared with judicial authorities that through a legitimate process request such information.

6.4. Translation.

These Payment Policies were originally drafted in the Spanish language of the United Mexican States; therefore, translations will be based on the original Spanish document.
